I started cake decorating 13 years ago when my son was very small, mainly to make his birthday cakes extra special and add a personal touch. A new career beckoned when after making cakes for birthdays and other special occasions led to commissions on a large scale.

After some extensive market research in East Anglia, I have come to the conclusion that the corporate side of the market aren’t very well catered for, and mostly forms a tiny part of cake companies’ portfolio. I started Candii Clouds to offer the corporate market a dedicated service with corporate cakes forming the majority of my business.

I am also a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and in the process of setting up a new branch in Norfolk.
